Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. This page lists the cookies MR Web Deals uses. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Necessary cookies (always on)

mwd_consent — remembers your cookie choice (up to 6 months).
mwd_sess — a session cookie, only set when you submit a form (for example the contact form) or sign in to the admin area. It protects forms against forgery and is deleted when you close the browser.
mwd_src — remembers for 30 minutes which link or website brought you here (for example Google or WhatsApp), so that a visit and the deals clicked during it are counted for the right source. It holds no identifier.
mwd_lv — remembers when you were last here, so the homepage can show what is new since your last visit (up to 6 months). It holds two times and no identifier.

Analytics cookies (only if you accept)

mwd_vid, mwd_vk — our own visitor counter: a random number and its checksum, used only to count a returning browser as one visitor. First-party, not shared with anyone and not used for advertising (up to 1 year). They are set only if you accept analytics cookies; if you do not, they are not set and earlier ones are removed.
_ga, _ga_* — set by Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website. Up to 2 years.

Counting visits without cookies

We count page views and visits to this website whether or not you accept cookies. If you have not accepted analytics cookies, nothing is stored in your browser for this: a visit is recognised for one day from the network address and browser type that every browser sends with a request, turned into a code that changes every day. We do not keep your raw IP address, we do not build a profile, and these figures are not shared with anyone.

Advertising cookies (only if you accept)

Cookies set by Google AdSense and its partners (for example __gads, __gpi, IDE) to show and measure advertisements, and — if you accept — to personalise them. If you do not accept, Google may still show non-personalised ads.

Store and affiliate network cookies

When you click a deal and go to a store (for example Amazon or Flipkart), the store or the affiliate network may set cookies on their website to record that you came from MR Web Deals. These are governed by their own cookie and privacy policies.

Spam protection

If CAPTCHA is switched on, the CAPTCHA provider (Google reCAPTCHA or Cloudflare Turnstile) may set cookies on pages with a protected form, to tell people from automated programs.

How to control cookies

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page, or block and delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may stop forms from working.
